2 or 3 chili peppers (hotter the better), ½ onion, 1 clove garlic and ½ mild green pepper. Blend ingredients in 2 cups water. Steep this mix for 1 or 2 days. Strain the mix through a cheesecloth and spray on your unwanted insects.
